Das Interiordesign-Magazin Frame hat anlässlich unserer Ausstellung U.F.O. ein Interview mit Richard Prince geführt und ihn zum Verhältnis von Design und Kunst befragt. Hier ein Auszug:

Frame: What do you think of design entering the art world?
Richard Prince: The next environment. Great art. Great books. Great furniture. Great house. I look at furniture in a completely different way now. For me, it has more of a future.

What kind of future is that?
There will always be beautiful objects – anything from a piece of jewellery, a sofa or a chair to the first issue of Mad magazine in a plastic case. Whether it lasts or not depends on the plastic case.
