The NRW-Forum attempts to make the access to this historical, listed building, as easy as possible for people with disabilities.
The entrance fro wheelchairs is on the Josef-Beuys-Ufer on the Rhine bank side towards the Tonhalle. There is a lift to the ground and first floors. Please ring the bell for assistance.
On the ground floor there is a WC that can be used with a wheelchair. Various exhibitions are barrier-free. Entry to the first floor is via an lift.
Guide dogs for the blind are of course permitted.
The Caffè on the ground floor is also barrier-free; sadly the terrace is not accessible for wheelchairs.
